Usher ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This page describes what information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you provide directly — if you contact us via the form on this site or by email, we receive your name, email address, message, and anything else you choose to share.
- Performance & security telemetry — server-side request logs and origin health checks are used for uptime, speed, and abuse protection. Usher HTTP traffic is DNS-only at Cloudflare, and New Relic APM is disabled for the Usher PHI path.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, improve the site, and detect abuse. We do not sell your information, do not use it for retargeted advertising, and do not share it with third parties except service providers used to run and protect the site.
Your choices
To request deletion of any data you've sent us, email hello@usher.care; we'll remove it within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify users by email where appropriate.
